See Things Differently 2022 Contest Official Rules

1. Agreement

Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter the See Things Differently 2022 Contest (the “Contest”) sponsored by GREAT Campaign (the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Contest, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Contest.

2.  Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 28, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on March 5, 2022 (the “Contest Period”). Please note that there will be a blackout period during the Contest Period, from 12:00:01 AM ET on March 2, 2022 to 11:59:59 PM ET on March 2, 2022 during which no entries will be accepted into the Contest.

Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. (“Participant,” “entrant” or “you”).

Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives, of the Sponsor, and its respective parent companies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) of, and/or those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to enter.

The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, municipal and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry may be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Void outside the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia, and wherever else prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter & Winner Notification

To enter the Contest, locate one (1) of the five (5) Sponsor branded phonebooths (each, a “Phonebooth”) in the city of New York during the Contest Period. Once you have located a Phonebooth, enter the Phonebooth and answer the phone if it rings. Once you have answered the phone, you will be prompted to answer a question. You will be notified if you are a potential winner by an on-site representative of the Sponsor immediately after you exit the Phonebooth.

Additional Requirements to Win: Each potential winner will become a confirmed winner (“Winner”) after meeting the requirements that follow. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Follow the instructions provided by the on-site representative of the Sponsor to visit the Contest website to complete the online entry form and a filming and photography release form (the “Photo Release”).  The online entry form will require you to provide your first name, last name, email, and phone number. In addition to providing the above information, you will be required to agree to the Contest Rules, the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, the Photo Release, and agree to attend one of the prize experiences.

No one is a Winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a Winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

After each potential winner has been confirmed as a Winner, the on-site representative of the Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery with him/her.

5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

Up to seven hundred (700) prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to a unique experience (for the winner and one (1) guest). The unique experience will consist of one of the following:

(a) A Food Experience. Attend a cooking class with a British Chef;

(b) An Innovation Experience. Attend an innovation styled dining experience with a show;

(c) A Football Experience. Attend a viewing party for a football match; or

(d) A Music Experience. Attend a live music performance.

The ARV of each prize is $50.00 USD. The total ARV of all prizes is up to $35,000.00 USD.

No cash alternative or substitution of the prize will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute prize(s) of comparable value if listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason.

6. Prize Conditions:

All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Winner is responsible for any and all local, state and/or federal taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses not specified herein as being awarded. Winner is solely responsible for any other costs incurred in claiming or using a prize.

Winners and guests must abide by all venue policies and event terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke full or partial prizes from Winners or guests who it or venue personnel deem, in its sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring the Sponsor into disrepute. All details and other restrictions of prizes not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Actual value of prizes under this Contest may be lower or higher at the time of its fulfillment, and any difference between actual value and the stated ARV (if actual value is lower than stated ARV) will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible if any element of the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no substitution or cash redemption will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, for whatever reason, to substitute a prize (or any component thereof) for one of equal or greater value. Prize Winners must be able to accept the prizes as presented or the respective prize will be forfeited in its entirety.

7. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, entry into the Contest and acceptance of a prize constitutes permission to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, each Winner’s likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media, name, city, state and prize won, as news, publicity or information and for advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without limitation and additional compensation, notification or permission.

Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest for promotional, marketing and any other purpose, including online announcements unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Contest and as a condition of acceptance of a prize, each entrant, his/her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, releases, waives, discharges, and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers of prizes, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from, and against any and all loses, damages, rights, claims, actions, causes of action, personal injury, property damage or death (including without limitation any and all costs and liabilities of any kind including but not limited to lawyer’s fees), and including, without limitation, any such arising from any act of negligence of the Releases Parties, that the entrant now has, or may hereafter have against the Released Parties directly or indirectly resulting from participation of the Contest or the awarding, acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Contest or use/misuse or redemption of a prize.

FOR RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA: You acknowledge and agree that your release and waiver extends to the following, the protections of which you explicitly waive:

California Civil Code Section 1542: A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

9. General

Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected or damaged entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest.

By participating in the Contest, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in disqualification from the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from any Contest it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these Official Rules. If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned due to any causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, at which time, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Contest termination.

10. Disputes

Except where prohibited, Participants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the Province of Ontario, Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the of Province of Ontario, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the Province of Ontario or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the Province of Ontario. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.

THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected from Participants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.greatcampaign.com/privacypolicy.

12. Winners List Requests

For a written confirmation of the Winners (available after March 15, 2022), send an email to evan.odriscoll@mcsaatchi.com with subject line: See Things Differently 2022 Contest Winners List Request. All requests must be received by May 14, 2022 at 2:59:59 PM ET. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
